Welcome to Retro Enoteca, an Italian-inspired restaurant in Kaisaniemi, Helsinki! Opened in the autumn of 2024, Retro Enoteca combines the rich flavors of Italian cuisine, unique wines, and a warm atmosphere—creating the perfect meeting place in the heart of the city.

Our inspiration comes from the Italian lifestyle, antique markets, and classic culinary experiences. Our menu features fresh pasta and modernized versions of traditional dishes that honor their roots. Our wine selection is made up of carefully curated Italian wines imported directly by us—many of which you won’t find anywhere else in Finland.

The restaurant’s interior exudes the charm of past decades with authentic vintage items, offering an intimate and stylish setting for dining. The kitchen is led by Jesse Vottonen, while Jari Paananen is in charge of the front of house. The concept is the brainchild of Jussi Hukkanen, whose longtime dream of opening an Italian restaurant has now come true.

Retro Enoteca is open seven days a week, also for lunch, and warmly invites you to enjoy the very best of Italian cuisine!
